Plus lil organ calcification is an evolutionary trait, not a result of "too much calcium consumption." Sure, it sucks, but if old people have a calcified pineal gland they can sleep less and watch over the rest of the tribe during the night or morning -- that's all evolution cared about.
If it was really about consumption, some people would be having issues far earlier in life. Solving general senescence would probably fix that problem indirectly.
I will agree that too much iron and not enough manganese is an issue...
But all in all, no, changing your mineral / supplement intake will NOT make age less. That's ridiculous.
