What happens when you ingest injectable solutions orally, normally? Same effects? Same effects with slower onset? Or does it strongly depend on the substance?

Dependes on the substance
Most dangerous compounds are way more potent when injected but there are things that activate trough digestion and wouldnt cause comparable harm when injected
