Scientifically speaking why do some types of plastic get sticky after a while? You know what I'm talking about, the cheap ass rubbery plastic used in things like DVD players, headphones, car dashboards or steering wheels that is supposed to be tacky but gets sticky. There has to be a chemical reason for this.
