85% of your time should be spent attempting problems and then the other 15% for watching videos if you "don't get" a concept.
What makes calc challenging are usually integrals (cause they can be like puzzles) and maybe setting up a word problem.
Learning Taylor Series or multivariable calc appear to be difficult but with enough practice they have a "system" , a lot like how derivatives are p easy because it's more about how good you are at not making a mistake.
