Is there a metric by which to quantify the "negrification" of America as Evola put it? I suppose I mean a metric by which to measure a high vs low civilization akin to 1st world, 2nd, 3rd etc. I imagine infrastructure is one in physical terms but what about cultural and spiritual quantifications? Can we establish some variables/metrics /sci/?
