Earth science with a concentration in geology. Not sure if there is such thing as a geology degree. I'm not saying it's easy but there's a lot of digging and scraping rocks and stuff, not exactly nuclear fusion type stress.

Medicine. Once I finished Tripos (Cambridge), I was completely thrown by how easy clinical medicine was. Barely had to study. Assuming there's no Tripos/equivalent to do, other unis must have it easy as fuck.
