It's selective brain damage so it's not so cleanly 1:1, but intelligence management of the lower castes is the goal.
Meanwhile Chinese and others remain unclamped, less vaccinated, and uncircumcised. Without even talking about population density and the cycles of complex societies, the fate of empire, Jews, central bankers, or anything else, the result should have been obvious.
