I don't understand how time moves slower the faster you move. You're on a moving ship, I'm on the shore. You drop a lead weight and so do I. They both hit the ground and water at the same time, but because your weight travels diagonally relative to mine, it covers more area in the same amount of time and time is therefore moving slower for you than it is for me. Please explain?
