is 100% reusable really the best case for the evil white man colonizing of mars?
any serious colony will need refined material to make it, a rocket is one HUGE source of refined material.
there just wont be enough people to run or supply any industrial metal smelting and refinery for a long time
I cant help but think the overwhelming majority of rockets should be one way for building and expanding the colony,
and one or two reusable rockets for bringing back of rocks and maybe rocket engines.
