Why do people act like this wouldn’t follow from the Many Worlds Interpretation?

Furthermore, I think it’s pretty obvious that quantum immortality would automatically be bad. (Quantum torment.) I’m not sure how you can possibly be living a happy, healthy life at 30,000 years old. Even if you somehow remained happy and healthy in 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000001% of universes where you’re alive, they would greatly be outnumbered by the universes where you’re suffering quantum torment.
