I learned absolutely nothing* during my PhD and solved absolutely nothing. It was a waste of 6 years and the only positive thing is that I got my degree at the very last minute. I didn't even make any connections so I'm at square zero in the job market and my supervisor hates me. I might as well have been in prison for that time.

*not entirely true, but it was more like re-learning what I should have learned in my Bachelor's
