I've found a stupidly simple way to treat depression. The key seems to be increasing REM sleep.
>Use a nicotine patch at night
>Have crazy dreams cause of the increased REM sleep
>Ever since my memory, ability to visualize objects, creativity and sense of well being have drastically improved, and remain stable for a full week
>I am no longer bothered by noise, irritable, or upset by people taking close to me
>Music is enjoyable again
Has someone else experienced this? I find it difficult to believe, I keep finding myself remembering things, making me more aware of my own identity, and more grounded in reality
Its literally cured my depersonalization, wtf?
