Most plastic piping will have a maximum operating pressure, but I seriously doubt you that would be a concern.
There are many typical protocols for speccing pipework. Most usually rely on using a percentage over the max pressure that you intend to operate at.
eg spec pipework that is 10% or 50% above what you intend.
