Do you look at your brain like a muscle that you can exercise? What do you do to exercise it?

How often? How regular? Do you have a "workout" regime? Or do you more generally just want to do a certain number of things in any given day, or week that you feel are beneficial?

One step further, do you measure your progress and how?

And, do you notice any concrete results in your studies or work?
