I've heard that NASA and other space agency come up with protocols all the time for everything, of course. How ever, what are some of the strangest protocols that space agencies have that no one persons realizes? For example; do space agencies have a protocol about finding foreign artifacts (as in alien ruins, stuff, etc.), if they ever were in that extraordinary moment of discovery if it where to happen in the near future?
