Left eye is fucking horrible compared to the right

Damaged Hearing from headphones (I didn't listen to my parents Im a Fucking retard)
Tinnitus (Probably Somatic)
Brain:
exploding head syndrome (plus Tinnitus is aids)
Brain fog since COVID started
Sleep Paralysis
No fucking dreams for 10 years
Slight Aphantasia (can only visualise properly near sleep)
