I swear to fucking god I hate these people that somehow manage to point the evolutionary process at small scale but can't or don't want to scale it up to finally see that the theory holds itself.
Hell even with dogs nowadays you could say that we passed that point, if you gave someone who has never seen dogs the skulls of a pug, a greyhound a chihuahua and a wolf he'll likely say that they belonged to four different species.
