If 1% of these fantastical technologies actually came into existence it would be revolutionary. So there's some of the utility value of imagining such things. There is other utility value, such as increasing the happiness of a person and making them more productive. Or inspire them to imagine other such things which could be made real.
I'm not sure what this has to do with God or why it's any evidence of the supernatural.
Minds can imagine something which doesn't actually exist.
A rabbit can imagine a wolf that isn't actually sneaking up behind it and turn to look. Humans can imagine gods.
