I watched a simulation of atmosphere someone did for this event, the impact of the blast, the hot air and all the shit that happened over tunguska spread all over the world in the course of a few days , it basically just gut succed in by the earths atmosphere like nothing happened, and earth recovered and no hole was left in the atmosphere, it repaired itselff pretty soon
