First I guess I'll talk about what I read in a Dawkins book.
The first challenge to evolution is "Durr it's all random, we need a creator to guide us."
If you believe randomness produces anything of value, then by all means, just slam the keyboard the next time you want to communicate your thoughts and see how close to your intention it achieves.
Evolution is actually the least random force in the universe, it is actually an almost autistic level of observation and calculation in the name of survival. Even suicide is a form of survival, the conscious organism deciding it'll take its chances with the gamble of the afterlife compared to the current suffering of existence.
Let's assume mankind, and I may be biased, Homo sapien, is the last step in evolution. Then the universe must be finite, otherwise we would've kept evolving.
The universe is finite, the law of diminishing returns, yadda yadda im high and have now lost interest in this post.
i know the universe isn't finite but this was the best answer i could come up with op
