I am a math student. I want to do engineering because I have heard the job prospects for math students are low while engineers get a comfy job handed to them with a diploma.
But for some reason I can't switch.
I feel like i HAVE to do math or I will never be satisfied for the rest of my life. It's like an obsession, or on addiction, but I know it's not good for me. How can I convince my brain that engineering is the better career choice?
I've taken a couple engineering electives and hated them, but I'm convinced by the math "I'll take fries with that" posts that engineering is the right way to go.
