Everytime some western tv channel does a documentary on Japan, they talk about the fact that Japan is obsessed with sexualizing little girls, and they (western tv channel) are then offended and want to force Japan to outlaw such things.

However, why is no one looking for the source of this behavior? WHY is it that Japan's obsessed with little girls?
Is it how they are raised? Is it because of their broken family dynamic? (Fathers are at work all day and night and barely ever see or interact with their kids for example).

Why is no one trying to understand this when Japan is the only country where such a thing is out in the open everywhere.
