What is the difference between quantum wave and sound wave?
Sound wave consists of motion of molecules which consist of atoms which consist of quantum waves.
So they are the same things, aren't they?

no, wave-particle duality just means that you can describe these quantum 'entities' using particle models or wave based models. they exhibit both kinds of behavior depending on what you are measuring and how.

Yes, particles are waves. They're both physically real and valid descriptions of actual objects. I'm aware of what you're referring to, I'm not talking about the idea of measurement I'm talking about the actual thing itself.

Sound waves are basically mechanical in nature. The waves are created when the particles are moved around, physically. And in typical wavey fashion, the wave motion travels through physical things. Air molecules/wood/rocks/water/etc. The waves literally push the particles around in a chain reaction.

QM wave is talking about wave function, a way to describe what happens to every particle in QM. Its a way to explain why light/electrons/other particles acts like wave during experiments.

ive been doing some experiments with sound transfuction lately. shit is crazy. you can turn anything into sound, and sound into anything. the thing ive wanted to do is to convert a photo into sound, but not the typical image synthesis mechanism, but deduct the sound of an environment based in the geometry and textural properties of the objects present in a picture, do you think this is possible?
