I'm sure a language could exist which doesn't hold the same semantic block as the word 'apple'. Just as one can exist with extremely broad ranges. Most languages are broader than English's ranges though apple is such a convenient range and such a common fruit that I think all languages have about the same at least in the last couple thousand years.

Are you implying no (variant of the schema of unrestricted) comprehension to generalization is possible?

E.g., aren't there a cat $w_1$ and a dog $w_1$ which each fulfill the predicate $\phi$ of being "living"?
Assuming you answer yes, can't I collect them as elements of a collection $B$ "the living", according to
