Scientifically proving someone is cheating in a video game

If my math is right, it's 66.67 miliseconds reaction time
I did 1000 (miliseconds = thousandths of a second) devided by FPS (60 frames per second) = 16.66666666 ms per frame

x 4 frames = 66.67~ milliseconds rounded

This is the reaction time to hit a perfect snipe in a video game. Seems impossible to me. Am I right /sci/? IIRC, the fastest human reaction time recorded is 100-120ms. So this kid is either a god or cheating.

Did i do the math wrong or right /sci/? Im not a /sci/ nerd. A normal guy.
