The development of an extremely intelligent A.I is the most important thing, there should be way more effort and focus put towards creating this. It would literally solve all our problems, intelligence is how we solve any problem, if we're not smart enough then we must make something that is. It would make everything else a piece of cake, it could figure out all questions of science and it could figure out how to create anything we ask of it, A.I is the end game for humanity nothing else matters cause once you've created A.I you're pretty much set for everything else too.
