On the inside there of the outer elastin layer there is a layer of longitudinal smooth muscle, this is essentially how our intestines move (except they have an additional circular layer that she wouldn't need). However she will not be able to use her joints when extended. For example when extending her arm she will be dislocating her elbow every time and cannot use her elbow while doing that. So there should be a mechanism in place to allow for repeated dislocation of her joints. There should also be a mechanism to make sure the nerves and vessels in her limbs remain intact while extending, this can be done by increasing the lumen of the vessels by having them bunch up together like intestines do. A similar thing can be done with nerves.
