Why are RA jobs so fucking impossible to get? I will literally never be employed and never even make it to grad school if things keep going at this rate.

Research associate/research assistant. All positions I have applied for were above 18/hr, and I have put out over 150 applications in the past month. Just put out like 20 today, we'll see what happens this coming week. I think my resume and cover letters are solid by the way, I've gotten like 11 interviews in the past couple weeks.

Of course my interview game is trash when they ask me stupid shit like "explain a time when you didn't get along with someone in your workplace and how you resolved it." What the fuck do I say? If everyone hates me I quit until I find a place with people who aren't pieces of shit. If otherwise nice people are being annoying, I just wait until they're not pissy anymore. I can only make the claim that I "value honesty and confronting problems as well as fostering a kind and supportive environment by being truthful and understanding of co-workers" so many times in so many different ways.

They're seeing how well you can reason. You don't actually need to have that experience to know what you >should< (in your employers eyes) do in that situation. If you give them an answer they like that shows you wont shy away or explode on someone you're good

Yes, they're looking to see who you are, not what you've actually been through. If you're going to work on a team with people they want to know what you'll do. And, btw, if you always just dip out if someone dislikes you they wont hire you. It shows you're kinda spineless.
