How the fuck do I find out what the average testosterone is for a 28-year-old?
My testosterone is 20nmol/l. Everyone on here tells me that my testosterone is that of a 50-year-old man's. If I look at this:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4190174/
>TT peaks [mean (2.5–97.5 percentile)] at 15.4 (7.2–31.1) nmol/L at an average age of 19 years
If the PEAK testosterone is 15.4, and I'm beyond my peak but still at 20nmol/l, does that mean I'm being fucking gaslighted into thinking that I'm a low-test baby? Or is that study dogshit? Or maybe I'm reading it wrong? I don't fucking know but I need answers.
