I wanted to know what they thought Russia actually did, there first example is:
"In some cases, Moscow has taken command of the very mechanisms
by which information is communicated to its target audiences. The
most extreme example is the monopoly Russia established over information in the early stages of the Ukraine crisis. One of the first actions
by the Russian troops in Crimea and eastern Ukraine was to seize the
Ukrainian communications infrastructure, primarily the television
towers in Crimea and eastern Ukraine"
For most of the time, in that section, the report talks about how Russia either seizes TV/Radio or how they manipulate/falsify content which is then broadcast on their own TV/Radio/Internet stations. Then they go on about "Over 2,500 Twitter handles" operated by Russia, which are 0.0008% of Twitter users, apparently had some enormous impact on US policy.
The other things are either common sense "Russian News Agencies use clickbait"(lol) or "Russian News agencies have foreign branches" or down right conspiracy theories "Leaked documents allegedly tied to" and similar hilarity.
I suggest that you actually read the report, it is quite a good piece on how to convince people of conspiracy theories.
They basically have all the good techniques down to the mark, like "start with the obviously true and then slowly transition into the unproven in exactly the same tone and style" or " the word "alleged" and "possible" read like "it is true" if you have established trust in yourself".
To be fair, no "Nazi" would be able to create this competent of a conspiracy report on "how jews run everything", well done on their side.
