Its nowhere near what a human brain does. These AIs do not think, they can't reason, they can't tell you why they did something. I don't think we will have AGI until we can reproduce the brain with hardware. Like how a transistor is a switch, we need a hardware neuron. Also the AIs they make to play games do not have any other senses besides the game state. As a human you are taking in massive amounts of information, we won't get to AGI until our AIs have senses equal to our own, sight, hearing, tough, etc. Not just taking in a matrix that represents the game state.
If I had to guess I would say we are 100+ years away from a human level AI.
