Anyone knwo the best way to convert an 2d image pixels to a excell spreadsheet?
( I will then maybe try to do something in blender and try to create voxel out of them in blender....)

So i am trying to download these 60 nM FIB-SEM images to excel spreadsheet for image manipulation wizardry

each excell cell value can be made into a voxel .. like a3D minecraft game..

then i woul dprobably need to figure out which voxels belong to each respective cell structure

then i add physics eng based on chemical properties of each cell which can be represented at a micro levels through the hex code....

then i should create simulated life.

Matlab, Julia, Python. Not to mention opencv, the base for many image processing libraries, is native to Java, C and CPP. Yet here you are, trying to process images in fucking excel.

yea my bad boys... just amateur neuro sci guy... plus copious amounts of weed dont help.... i thought of processing these images in excell because i would later on want to animate the whole thing and thought that having pixel values / hex code in spreadsheet would translate over nicely to a voxel type world created in Blender... maybe i can take that then and put it in a GUI

download as .txt then link to txt file in Exel using get and transform, loads to data model which can access/process millions or records. Write a custom VBA script to batch process saving results in .txt file. Excel limits to ~1 million rows in the spreadsheet but there is no limit using the power model
