Hi, I'm not sure if I should post this here or on /adv/, so I apologize if I it's the wrong board.

I've been thinking of studying math in college, because I honestly like math and its subjects. However, it seems it doesn't really offer a lot of jobs... And at least now, I can't see myself work in an acedamy.
I thought of CS, because it also has math (+ interesting ideas to learn), and it has a lot to offer, but I never programmed in my life, let alone learnt things like that.

I'm not asking for you choose for me, but I would like if you could share your two cents on my thoughts.
