How the FUCK would this even happen? Just the sheer volume of scientific literature alone should protect you from someone “noticing plagiarism” in your work. Even if she is working on something similar she would have had to comb through your citations specifically looking for “plagiarism”.

Did you read or interact with the paper that you are alleged to have plagiarized from?

You have to take aggressive action to see that this is dismissed. I would advise retaining a lawyer who has a specialty in academic matters. A lawsuit for libel could be in order. You need to shut this bitch up for good.
