The faces aren't meant to look like users of the corresponding drug retard. Spend half a minute researching it before doing such a big leap.
They're meant to convey numerical data in a way that makes it supposedly easier for our brain to spot small changes, since we're super good at looking at faces.
It's dumb, impractical and unreliable but they are not made to represent actual faces.
