Guys why does nutrition science srsly have these two fanatic camps that contradict each other about everything?
I am literally going crazy trying to figure it out, why do you literally have the keto/low carb-high fat camp on one side that say refined carbs and sugars are the main cause of insulin resistance/diabetes/heart disease/cancer and that industry funded studies have been suppressing this fact for decades, and then you have the vegan/plant based-low fat camp on the other side that say that dietary fat and low carb/keto diets cause insulin resistance/diabetes/heart disease/cancer, and that industry funded studies have been suppressing this fact for decades?
Which side is less full of shit?
