Computers dont undestand programming languages. Programming languages are really just more formal human logic, so that an algorithm, i.e. a compiler, and can actually translate them

This is literally done all the time. Programming today is much easier to get into because the hardware concepts are mostly "abstracted" away from the programmer in high-level languages like Java, Python or JavaScript.
But there is usually a performance trade-off which is why we still need C(++) or even assembler for some applications.

They are very human friendly, compared to 00101011010101101010101...

The syntax is rigid because it can't be ambiguous. This makes it a little "harder" than human languages, it's actually not that hard to pick up. Logic is just difficult when you start getting to complicated programming, it would be just as tough in English.

Human languages, by contrast, must allow for abstractions and assumptions to fill in missing details in order for humans to communicate efficiently, or else our sentences would be so long and painfully detailed that it would be difficult to communicate anything.
