This way you get a female body with male genitals if you are male (girl with penis) and your attractiveness still depends entirely on genetics.
If you mean to magically change your DNA overnight idk what would be the most likely outcome, but I guess that you could also become a man with a vagina if you start as a male, you just lose your penis and nothing else changes. You will also loose body hair eventually
