>>11896921Technically no. Light has most properties, but it cannot experience time. You can "slow" light down by just elongating the path it has to take. I think some researchers a while back were investigating light based computation, essentially they engraved nanoscopic channels into a crystal which elongated the light's path. They could keep the light trapped for like an hour or something, I may be wrong. Furthermore, light can slow down in certain mediums.
I say technically no because special relativity dictates there is no true stationary, and to have light completely stationary would violate this.
