1. Try XOR and AND. Most of the line ones are XOR, some of the ones are XOR with one element, like white things, and AND with another.
2. Count elements with the rows and columns. Rarely, diagonals can help. Many of the shape puzzles are like this, where there's one of each shape in every row, and there's always a new white shape. Something like that.
