I am under the impression that the JEE questions are really hard (for high-school level) but there are always general methods to answer them. Indians literaly train on how to answer these questions by learning all cases and then blindly applying the tricks they learned to solve them. This also checks out as to why there are so many Indian programers.

The government is a reflection of its people, India is a shithole because of Indians. The US was colonized by literal nobodies and settlers with nothing to their name, and grew to become a superpower within 100 years. The Federal government gave immigrants and homesteaders nothing, no gibs, no welfare. Also information is readily available in a lot of these countries. Here, useful info generally isn't found in public libraries. You'll find a ton of fiction, non-fiction and basic stuff but scientific, medical and technical knowledge is hidden away behind an expensive paywall.
