To each point of the sphere, you can assign a tangent space, which is a plane.

Aren't all planes made up of points? Trees to cells to molecules to atoms to quarks and then energy. I would argue planes are the construct here, not spheres/points.

The problem is that in real life, like math ignores, there is actual "stuff." A sphere, in real life, can't have infinitely many points because there's stuff that make up those points that have a size. Even if there's empty space, the empty space is still measurable.

This is the reason why .999999... Doesn't equal 1, because infinity is bullshit.

A point is a concept, you moron. It has no size. Saying that a surface can't hold infinitely many points because it's made of stuff is as imbecile as saying that there can't be infinitely many Real numbers between one and two because your ruler is made of stuff.

Having things with no size is just as bullshit as infinity though. In the real world there is a finite number of objects you can have between any two other objects. Pretending that limit doesn't exist is just childish imagination.
