asking for advide

second semester - like human biology, hate animals
absolutely despise strangers and people in general (duh)
however biologists make a fourth of what doctors make if not even less and thats if they can find jobs
should i switch to a medicine (with it being so similar) although ill be miserable all the time dealing with patients if it makes making 150.000-250.000 a year?
is that something you get over?
will i be even miserable for the rest of my life?
