Linear Algebra, Statistical Prediction, and Gravitational Physics are the required mastery to be able to solve the lottery.

Even AI cant accurately predict the lottery making it one of the obscure mathematical problems made by the government.

People who try to solve the lottery are not actually a math major, but they suffer from maladaptive daydreaming.

This numerical problem can also lead to sociopath--which extreme obsession in power--and depression.

How to be able to solve the lottery? It can help many people financially and emotionally.

There is a simpler way. All you said is true and their effect creates a bias in the result (as it often happens with physical systems). Not only that but manufacturing errors, damage and wrong use create further bias. The only thing you have to do is find that bias for a specific machine and try to predict the outcome. Since this bias is usually barely noticable it is very hard to detect it, but one can use computers like OP suggested.

There is nothing much you can do. You could perhaps minimize the risk you will pick the same numbers as somebody else, but that can be reasonably avoided by picking random numbers instead of a pattern. Or you could exploit a bias in how the literries are drawn, but it's hardly worth the effort and will be taken a great effort to avoid in any reasonable lottery.
Yes, there have been cases of mathematicians ruining lotteries, but that was because the lottery was poorly designed, not something that can be made with other loteries.

There are people who have managed to win at casino roulette tables by carefully recording the results from specific wheels, finding those that have subtle mechanical defects that lead to those wheels being biased, and then making appropriate bets.

Of course, since then casinos have taken measures to render this method ineffective, like kicking out anyone recording wheel results. And it won't work for the big lotteries, since you need a large sample size before the bias becomes noticeable, like a thousand wheel spins. Most lotteries use at least 3 different machines picked at random on the day and can have up to 10 different ball sets again picked at random on that day. Good luck finding any bias in all of that. It is probably easier just to build the time machine and look into the future than mthematically predicting lucky numbers.

Well winning the lottery used to be easy for a mathematician. Basically, the numbers are not completely random.
Then there are things when somebody just fucks up. There was a lottery in ohio a couple years back where if the winner was not found early on they had a second stage with a positive expected value. Some guy made 26 mil on that over 10 years.
As for roulette, ed thorpe already solved the problem. He and shannon(the claude shannon) made a portable computer which measured the speed of the ball coming out of the hole, and the computer accurately predicted its position at the end as long as they knew the tilt of the table. Ed thorpe is also the guy who created the first real card counting techniques for BJ. Of course, all of this shit is now banned so gl with using it

I would say it's second after /x/ but you know, you have to be at least a little schizo to do great things. It's about abusing the reward scheme. There have been several systems proposed that gave you a net income from it. Most of them were group schemes. That's why at least in my country they changed the reward barriers.

Afterwards, we can take the average winning numbers for each specific lottery and take the winning percentage of each number through probabilities of each one occurring. These will not be pseudorandom numbers, but will more than likely be nondeterministic.
