Particle Data Group (PDG) is the supreme authority on the state of the art in particle physics. They say that the particle discovered in 2012 might have spin-1, meaning it is not the spin-0 Higgs boson, for pic related reason. Also, the Landau-Yang theorem might not be right, so that's another reason it could have spin-1.
