That would travel pretty fast if engineered well enough. It would only cost trillions of dollars. Probably a decent portion of C. Maybe 4% to 10% of light speed uncrewed with a very small payload. Of course getting all the meterial and engineering the damn thing is impossible. Nuclear treaties don’t usually allow us making a bunch of mini nukes and blowing them up in space.
