Mathlet here, can someone help me with the exponential decay time constant tau? I am using it to measure the relaxation speed of heart cells. From what I understand the lower the time constant the steeper and quicker the exponential curve becomes (blue curve in attached pic), so a faster relaxation time. Would this be a correct description?
