Scientifically, how the fuck do I stop panicking whenever I have to do something "hard" that I didn't master? I just have shaking hands and knees whenever I have to either play a fighting game competitivly, pass military tests/shoot weapons I didn't drill before, shooting a 3 pointer while playing basketball, etc etc
This is pretty much my major flaw and weakness but damn is it a big one. I can't go to a psychiatrist because I would have it written on my record and that would slow me down in my career. Is there a way of fixing myself or do I just cope? I really fucked up too many things I would be able to easly do if I didn't have this condition.
