You fellas have any recommendations for books on navigation (+astronomy) for beginners?
It just struck me that I know fuck all about orienting myself in the world except following my phone GPS. Just saw some panorama view, had a look at the compass and the sun, and asked myself why is it possible for the sun to rise in the north-east (not in the south-east) from a northern hemisphere perspective?
