Hello /sci/

I'm not familiar with this board, so I'm sorry if I do it wrong.
I'm experiencing really bad vibrating damages from my neighbour's Bakery.
The dude is a baker, so he has no clue about science, and think his setup is working fine, since it's working.
The picture there is what a piezzo-electric cantilever sensor is monitoring. I installed it on the ground of my sleeping room and it monitors a figure every 6ms.
I came to count the period, it's about 1240ms period. It would be a frequency of 0.7Hz if I'm correct ?
What I would like to do now is draw some calculation around the total acelerometry's sum I take in the head each night, but I have no clue of how to do it. I can only bring those figures and seize their amplitude on a Mercalli Scale.
Maybe /sci/ could bring a helpful hand to bring me a few tips.
